Premier Flooring is a husband and wife-owned and operated floor store, serving Lake County and Northern California since 2005. With 25 years of experience, a huge selection, great prices, and a “no pressure” approach, Premier Flooring is truly a one-stop shop. Our staff will take the time to help you pick the perfect flooring material for the job and provide top-notch installation to make any project a breeze.

Justin and Sufi Ratcliffe started the business with a mission to better serve Lake County. After spending several years working for a local flooring store and Justin already having a contractor's license, Sufi leveraged her connections with the flooring manufacturers and their dream of starting the business became a reality. 

The first storefront location opened in 2005 and was located next to the now-closed Sears Outlet just down the street. Since then, Premier Flooring has supplied and installed miles of carpet, hardwood, and luxury plank flooring for happy clients both residential and commercial. Capable of handling any size project, we know how to get the job done. Our past jobs include the renovation of the famed Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa and countless homes in the Riviera’s, Cobb, and the greater Clear Lake basin.
